Worth Honoring exists to recognize the people, values, and skills that built this country. Everything we sell — every shirt, every collection — is made with that purpose in mind. These terms are here to be straight with you about how this works.
If you have a question about any of this before ordering, email us at info@worthhonoring.com. We'd rather answer your question upfront than have confusion after the fact.
How Our Products Are Made
When you place an order, your item is produced by our fulfillment partner and shipped directly to you. We don't hold inventory — every piece is made specifically for the person who ordered it. This lets us offer more designs without waste, but it also means a few things work differently than a traditional retailer.
Orders and Cancellations
Once you place an order, production typically begins within a few hours. We'll do everything we can to accommodate a cancellation or change request if you contact us quickly — email us right away at info@worthhonoring.com. We can't promise we can stop it once it's in production, but we'll always try.
Please double-check your size and shipping address before you complete checkout. Size guides are on every product page.
Returns and Defective Items
Because every item is made to order, we're not able to accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please use the size guides before ordering.
That said — if your order arrives with a print defect, a manufacturing error, or was damaged in transit, we want to fix it. Send us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a store credit. You don't need to return the item.
We're not able to replace items lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Color and Sizing Variation
Screen colors and printed colors are not always identical — monitor brightness, calibration, and the nature of fabric printing all affect the result. Minor color variation is normal and not a defect. Similarly, garment dimensions can vary slightly by style and manufacturer. If what you receive looks meaningfully different from what was shown, reach out and we'll take a look.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices can change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge the full order total — product, shipping, and applicable taxes — to your payment method. We don't store your full card details.
If we catch a pricing error after your order is placed, we'll contact you before fulfilling it. You'll have the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Digital Products
Digital collections are delivered by download link after payment clears. You get a personal license to use the files for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, or redistribute them. Because digital goods are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
Shipping
See our Shipping & Returns page for processing times and delivery estimates. Delivery windows are estimates. We can't control carrier delays or customs holds, and we're not responsible for them once the package leaves our fulfillment facility.
Our Designs
Every design on this store belongs to Worth Honoring. You're welcome to wear it, gift it, and show it off — that's the whole point. What you may not do is reproduce, copy, or use our designs commercially without written permission. Buying the shirt doesn't transfer the design rights.
What We Ask of You
Use this store honestly. Don't submit fraudulent orders, fake addresses, or false chargebacks. Don't attempt to access parts of our systems you're not supposed to. Don't scrape the site. Pretty basic stuff — we just want to serve people who are here in good faith.
What We Can't Promise
We do our best to keep this store accurate, available, and running well. But we can't guarantee the site is always error-free or uninterrupted. Product descriptions, mockup colors, and availability are all subject to change. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Disputes
If you have a problem, email us first. Almost everything gets sorted out in one conversation. If we can't resolve something informally, disputes are handled through binding individual arbitration under US law — not class action lawsuits.
Changes to These Terms
We'll update this page if our terms change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised. If something changes significantly, we'll note it. Continued use of the store means you're good with the current version.
