Sizing & Fit
How do the tees fit?
Our heritage tees are heavyweight, garment-dyed, and cut with a relaxed classic fit. They run true to size for most people — if you wear a Medium in your everyday tee, order a Medium here. The shoulders sit a touch wider than a slim-fit tee, which is the look we're after.
Should I size up?
Only if you want extra room or prefer a baggier feel. The fabric is heavyweight, so a true-to-size tee gives you a substantial drape without being tight. We don't recommend sizing down — the fit is meant to fall, not cling.
Will it shrink?
The tees are pre-shrunk during garment dyeing, so the size you receive is the size you'll keep — provided you wash cold and tumble dry low (or hang dry, which we prefer).

Shipping
How long until I get my order?
Every piece is made specifically for you, so allow 2–5 business days for production. After that, domestic US delivery is typically 5–10 business days. International orders take 10–20 business days depending on customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes their country charges on arrival.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. The moment your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before emailing us.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free US shipping on every apparel order.
Returns & Problems
Can I return a shirt if it doesn't fit?
We're not able to accept returns for sizing or change of mind, because every shirt is made specifically for the person who ordered it. Please use the size guide before ordering — if you're between sizes and not sure, email us first and we'll help you decide.
What if my shirt arrives damaged or misprinted?
We make it right. Email info@worthhonoring.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost — you don't need to return the original.
What if my package never arrives?
Tracking sometimes shows "delivered" before the package actually arrives — give it 48 hours, then check with neighbors and your local post office. If it's still missing, email us and we'll work with the carrier.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you fix it?
Email us within an hour of ordering and we'll try. Once production starts, we can't change the destination. We can't replace items shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
The Shirts
What kind of fabric are they?
Heavyweight garment-dyed cotton. The dyeing process gives them a soft, broken-in feel from day one — like the shirt has already been worn and washed twenty times.
Why do colors look slightly different in person?
Garment-dyed fabric has natural variation between batches, and every monitor displays color differently. The shade you receive will be very close to the photo but rarely identical. This is normal and considered part of the character of garment-dyed apparel.
How should I wash them?
Cold water, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron the print directly — turn the shirt inside out first. Treated this way, the shirt and the print will outlast everything else in your drawer.
Will the print crack or fade?
Not with normal care. The prints are designed to age with the shirt — softening into the fabric over time rather than peeling off it.
The Vault (Digital Collections)
How do I get my download?
Immediately after payment, you'll get an email with a download link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
What format are the files?
PDF. Readable on any phone, tablet, or computer — and printable if you want a physical copy.
Can I share them with family?
You're welcome to print copies for your own family and pass them down — that's the whole point. What you can't do is resell or redistribute them publicly.
I lost my download link.
Email us with your order number and we'll send a fresh one.
Orders & Gifts
Can I cancel or change an order after I place it?
Email us right away. If production hasn't started, we can usually accommodate. Once it's in production, we can't.
Can I order a shirt as a gift?
Of course. Use the gift recipient's shipping address at checkout. Add a note in the order notes field if you want us to leave the packing slip's pricing off — we'll handle it.
Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?
For orders of 12+ shirts (family reunions, small businesses, gifts for a team), email info@worthhonoring.com and we'll work something out.
Anything Else
Where are you based?
We're a small American team. Our designs are drawn here and produced through US fulfillment partners.
Do you take design suggestions?
Always. If you have a story, a phrase, or a tribute you'd like to see on a shirt, send it to info@worthhonoring.com. We read everything.
