What to include in your email

For order questions

Send us your order number (it's in your confirmation email, starts with #) and a quick description of the issue. If something arrived wrong, a photo helps us fix it the same day.

For sizing help

Tell us your height, weight, and how you like your shirts to fit (close, regular, loose). We'll give you a straight recommendation — not just "order your usual size."

For digital downloads

Send the order number and let us know which Vault you purchased. We'll resend the download link within a few hours.

For design suggestions

If there's a story, a phrase, or a tribute you'd like to see on a shirt — send it. We read every suggestion. Some of our best designs started in someone's email.

For wholesale or bulk orders

For 12+ shirts (family reunions, small businesses, gifts for a team), email us with what you have in mind and we'll work something out.
